INSTRUCTIONS

CUTTING

White card:

• 1 x 5¾” x 11½”  [ Score at 5¾”]  Card base.
• 1 x 7¾” square [ Score all 4 sides at ½” and at 1”] Large Box
• 1 x 5 and 5/8” square.  [ Score all 4 sides at ½” and 1”]   Small box      

Vintage Tea Paper no. 7:

• 1 x 5¾” square [Paper for top of larger box]

Vintage Tea paper no. 8:

• 1 x 3½” square [ paper for inside small box)

Acetate:

• 1 x 4”square

Stamp and die cut 2 teapots images . Then die cut another 2 teapots. [No need to stamp these]. Using alcohol pens,colour the top and flower of 1 of the stamped teapots. Trim the excess white from the handle and the spout as the die is slightly too large for the box. Glue the 2 blank teapots to this. Do 1 at a time as it is very hard to cut all thicknesses at the same time. Fussy cut the coloured pieces from the 4^th teapot and adhere to the top of your centre piece.

ASSEMBLY

Remove the 3 tabs from each corner as shown on template.

Make small box by folding the 1”score line in and the ½ ”score line out. Adhere the smaller piece of patterned paper to the inside of this box. Apply tape to the top of the  folded back  pieces, being careful not to go over the inside edge. Glue teapot to the inside of the box. Add sequins to the middle of the box. Finish this box by adhering the acetate to the top. Make sure to swipe the acetate with the antistatic pillow.

Adhere the patterned paper to the centre  top of the larger box. Cut a 3½” square from the middle of this piece through all thicknesses.  Make Larger box by folding all score lines in. Glue this box over the top of the smaller box, making sure to match up the cut out piece with the top of the smaller box.

Adhere this to the card base.
