Hi Crafters, Mary here today with my special Pop Out concentina card created with the Australia The Lucky Collection collection. I hope you enjoy my concentina card, thanks Mary 

CUTTING

GARNET Card stock 

• 1 x 8 ¼” x 5 ¾”  Card base. Score at 4″ and 4″ and 1/8″
• 1 x 7 ¼” x 5 ¾” Score at 3 5/8” [ Angled piece for inside card]
• 1 x 11 ¼” x 2 ¼” Scored at 1 7/8”, 3 ¾”, 5 5/8”, 7 ½” and 9 3/8” [Concertina piece]

IVORY Card stock   

• 4 x 5 ½”x 3 7/8” [Mats for inside and outside front and back covers]
• 2 x 3 3/8” x 5 3/8” [Mats for angled piece]
• 6 x 1 ¾” x 2 1/8” [ Mats for concertina piece]
• 2 x 4 ¼” x 2 ½” [Tabs]       

Australia – The Lucky Country papers

• 1 X 5 3/8” X 3 ¾”  paper 3  [ front cover]
• 2 x 5 3/8” x 3 ¾” paper 1  [inside front and back covers]
• 2 x 3 1/8” x 5” paper 2  [for angled piece]
• 6 x 1 5/8” x 2” paper 7  [for concertina ] Choose whichever animals \ birds that you want.
• Cut 1 saying from paper 6 to use for your greeting 

RED RIBBON cut 2 x 8”

TO CREATE ANGLED PIECE

• Fold 7 ¼” x 5 ¾”  garnet piece at score line. Place a mark at 2 ¼” up from the bottom. Cut from  this mark [ through both pieces] to the top fold line.
• Place the 2 ivory pieces together. Mark 1 at 2 1/8” from the bottom. Cut from this mark to top corner. Discard cut off pieces.
• Place the 2 patterned pieces together [ correct sides facing each other.] Place a mark 2”up from the bottom . Cut through both layers to the top corner. Discard cut off pieces.

Place a mark at ¾” from the top on both sides. Place a mark at 1”and 1 ½ ” along the top. Now cut from the top mark to the mark on the side. Punch hole in top and attach twine.

ASSEMBLY

• Adhere all cut pieces together.
• Before attaching the front and back covers tape your ribbon in place. Now attach the cover pieces.
• Using Golden Black ink, stamp your greeting to the front of the card.
• Adhere the front and back inside pieces to the card.
• When attaching the angled pieces to the inside of the card, only glue the 2 outside and bottom edges. Leave the angled piece free to create a pocket.
• Fold and burnish the concertina piece. Attach the ivory card and chosen picture pieces.
• To attach the concertina piece to the card. Glue the first panel to the card, starting at the angled piece. Glue the last panel and attach to the angled piece.
• Attach chosen greeting to centre of angled piece. Slip tabs into pockets.
