Hi everyone, Mary here to day with my Concertina Pocket fold card created with the Couture Creations Earthy Delights collection – here are the instructions so that you too can create one, using any other pretty collection from Couture Creations.
CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
PAPER BAG CARDSTOCK:
- 1 x 8½” x 5¾” Score at 4 and 1/8” and 4 and 3/8” [ Outer Cover]
- 1 x 8¼” x 5¾” Score at 4”and 4¼” [Inside Cover piece]
- 1 x 10½” x 2and 1/8” Score at 1¾”, 3½”, 5¼”, 7” and 8¾” [Concertina panel]
CYPRES PINE CARDSTOCK:
- 4 x 5½”x 3and 7/8” [Inside and outside front cover]
- 2 x 5and 3/8” x 3¾” [For inside Cover piece]
- 2 x 4½” x 2½” [Tags]
- 6 x 2”x 1½” [Concertina Panel]
EARTHY DELIGHTS COLLECTION :
- 4 x 5and 3/8” x 3¾” [Inside and outside front covers]
- 2 x 5”x 3½” [for inside cover piece]
- 6 x 1and 7/8”x 1and 3/8” [Concertina Panel]
IVORY CARD STOCK :
- 2 x 4¼”x 2¼” [Tags]
Cut 1 oval from Cypres Pine using the larger die and 1 oval from the printed Velum and a second from Ivory using the smaller die.
you will need about Approx. 21 inches of ribbon.
ASSEMBLY:
- Tape ribbon across the inside centre of the card base from left to right.
- Glue Cypres Pine and Earthy Delights front and back cover pieces together and adhere to the inside and outside card cover.
- Mark up 2¼ ” from the bottom of the inside [Paper Bag] cover piece. Cut from this mark to the first score line. Do the same on the opposite side.
- Mark the Cypres Pine piece at 2and 1/8” on one side. Cut from this mark to the top corner. Repeat with second piece.
- Place the 2 inside Earthy Delights inside cover pieces together [required sides facing each other] and mark at 1and7/8” on one outside edge and cut from this mark to the top corner. Adhere the cypres pine and earthy delights pieces together and adhere to the inside cover piece.
- Attach to the outer card front using tape and glue. Only tape the centre and outside edges [as shown] as you will need the middle section free for your tags.
- Using the inverted side of the corner rounder cut all edges of the Cypres Pine and Ivory tag pieces. Join together. Punch hole in centre of top. Attach small piece of ribbon.
- Adhere the Velum oval piece to the Ivory oval piece using Velum tape, the adhere this to the Cypres Pine oval piece. Attach this to the front of the card using 3D tape.
