I could not wait to get my hands on these new Fluro Alcohol Inks from Couture Creations. All I wanted to do was just play and have fun – to just throw ink onto something and enjoy the process. And these inks were just the thing the doctor ordered.
I just happened to have a little white plate on hand that was calling for some colour. So I set about adding some colour to the surface and then dressed it up using some gold vinyl, cutting this elegant leaf design and adding it on top of the ink. A light spray of a clear sealant and this functional plate is ready to be used.
The combination of wildly vivid colours and dusts of glitter is enough to brighten anyone’s day, add to that the classy feel of the gold vinyl and you have a match made in heaven.
I hope you are going to be as enthralled with these inks as I am. Here’s to many more hours of throwing ink onto anything that isn’t moving!
