Hello everyone , Fiona here with my special envelope box created with the Couture Creations Lavender Love collection:
Card
- 8’x8’ inch Lavender Love patterned paper
- Ephemera Lavender love
- Either a trimmed piece of Lavender Love paper or cardstock in contrasting colour.
Envelope
- 9’x10’ inch Lavender Love paper
Box
- 2 x coordinating Cardstock 10.75″ x 6.5″ ULT200081 Vervain
Instructions
Card
Take the 8’ x 8’ inch Lavender Love collection cardstock and with score boards score at 1.25″ & 4.0″, then fold your 4″ fold towards the open edge of the card and fold the 1.25″ fold back towards the folded edge of the card so you should have a little flap that is 1’1/4 inch, glue down the flap with glue.
Choose an element from the Lavender Love ephemera diecut and see what you would like to add to your card. I used the water jug with the lavender in it and an off cut of the Lavender Love collection papers that had a lace design on it to back my jug onto, then attached it to the glued making sure that it doesn’t go over the edge of the card then attach one of the smaller butterflies to the top exposed inside of the card, (like it was going to fly off my card!!) once all glued down you have finished the card.
Envelope
Take the 10’x 9’ inch Lavender Love collection cardstock, score it on the 9’ inch side at the 2’1/4’ & 6’3/8’inch mark.
Score the 10’inch side at 1/2 inch & 9’ inches mark. Fold all your score lines cut out the corners once the corners are cut out, glue down the three sides of your envelope leaving the top open, get your card and make sure that it will fit into your envelope (I did have a trim down a couple of mine).
Box for envelopes and cards
This box should hold approximately 5 to 6 cards comfortably.
2 x card stock measuring 10’3/4inch x 6’1/2 inch , then score all four sides of your card at the 1’inch mark, on one of the pieces make sure to pull the cardstock away from the edge a little bit this will allow it to fit on the box, I have a video that will be linked so that you can see what I’m talking about.

Once the box is put together add a piece of Lavender Love cardstock measuring 7’1/2inchs x 4’inches, and attach this to the top of my box and added the word sentiment -Wonderful- from the Lavender Love collection ephemera packet.
