Welcome Fiona here today, and I have made this Expandable Envelope Pouch to give to someone in a swap,  I’m involved in.  This was a project they wanted us all to do for the swap so here is my version of it.

Instructions

Cut a piece of the Australia The Lucky Country coordinated cardstock  – 6 ¾ ”  x 12’’inches, put aside for later.

Take your envelopes and adhere some washi tape to decorate the tops of the envelopes  (this is an optional step) With the  dien’cut and bond tape,  cut a piece that measures approximately 4inches by 3 inches x 2

Adhere to the back side of the envelope at the top and the bottom and centred,  you will do this for the first envelope and the last envelope.

Your next envelope will have a shote side facing the short side of the one you just added tape to add double sided tape to the centre of the envelope and join them together short, sided facing. You will follow this pattern of short sides facing and high sides facing till you have done all your envelopes on your last envelope. You should have a high side facing you and you will add die cut and bond tape to it. You should now have all your envelope joined together. With the die cut and bond on the blacks of the first and last envelope, take the protective cover off the tape on one end and adhere it to the base cardstock ( your 6 3/4 x12 inch cardstock we cut earlier) then fold up the card stock over your envelopes to work out where your last envelope will sit on the base remove the die cut and bod protective cover put into place

On the flap of your closure you will find the centre point and poke a small hole in the centre of i,  also poke a hole in the centre of your 4 glued 1’ circles add the brad and the 1’ circle to the centre of your flap. Add string or ribbon tie it under the closure, we just created cut off the amount you would like to use add a bead to the end of your ribbon or string.
