Welcome back , Fiona here with you again today and we are still working in our journal with the Couture Creations Elegance Collection, hope you are enjoying this collection as much I as am absolutely loving the colours in this collection.

1. Front and back covers
Cut down the recycled box to measure 12 cm x 17cm. Cut the Elegance papers to measure 19cmx14cm, adhere to the front of both the piece of recycled box, clipping the corners and secure to the other side of the project. Cut a length of ribbon that will be used as a closer for the photo book glue, it on to the back inside over of the photo book. Cut a piece of the (firestorm) cardstock measuring 16.5 cm x 11.5 cm and adhere to the inside cover of the photo book.
2. Cut a piece of black construction paper to measure 60cm long x 15cm. Using a scoring board, score at 10cm intervals. I didn’t have a piece that was that long, and I had to add an extra piece, so I cut off the length that I needed, and I added an extra 1 cm and I scored that at 1cm and folded it and used it to join my two pieces together to make a 60cm piece, I allowed it to dry.
3. Score black card 60cm x 15cm piece at 10cm intervals fold them back and forth to create a concertina, adding glue to one end and centre it over the inside cover of the front cover using quick dry adhesive then we will do the same with the other end of the black construction paper now teh photo book is ready and all you need to do is fill it with lots of photos.
To decorate my photo book in the video, I used the elegance colleciton DL border die and cut it into 4 piece and placed it around the outside of my photo then I added a “special to me sentiment” (sending you a smile) stamp and die and I also used some of the leaves out of the elegant collection ephemera 1 set to add around the edges of my photo.
