Hello everyone, welcome, Fiona here today for Couture Creations and we are going to be creating a Bunny for Easter, with Couture Creations Alcohol Inks.
On my YouTube page you can take a screen shot of the bunny and I’m happy for you to trace him out if you so desire..
1. Trace or draw the bunny onto the Synethic Paper as lightly as you can.
2. To create the background first, you will need to place the colours you want for your background onto your paper and using blending solution or Isopropyl alcohol. Blending it out and away from your Bunny design but you still want it to be close to the edges of your rabbit if you get any inside your design, don’t worry, we can lift it off the page or move it (this is shown in the Video)
3. Apply pewter, watermelon and sienna Alcohol Ink colours for the Bunn ears and face. I added the colours on at the same time and added blending solution and mixed it a little with a brush to get it in the spots I wanted it, and in sections one ear next ear then the face.
4. Apply midnight alcohol ink to block in your eyes leaving the highlights the white of the paper you may have to go over the eyes a few times to get it as deep as you desire it, or you could use an Black Alcohol Ink Marker.
5. For the bunny nose, apply the black Alcohol ink marker. I decided to outline the bunny with a micron pen 08.
