Hi everyone, it’s Cheryl with you today here for Couture Creations. I began this card with a tall card base, then taking one of the colourful patterned paper sheets from the Elegance Collection (12×12) I covered the front of the card, leaving a small border around it. Next, I cut another layer using the smaller of the two dies from the Scalloped Rectangles Tall Card Nesting Die Set.
I wanted this card to be a little different, so once both layers secured, I took a contrasting piece of patterned paper from the Elegance Collection. Using the curved die from the Beautiful DL Borders die set, I cut a curved border that would sit on top of the other two layers. Using foam tape, I added a die cut from the Ephemera. Lastly I added the greeting, and adhesive pearls.
To step this card up, you could add a touch of gold to the curved die cut, both top and bottom. Gold pearls would also add to the bling factor.
