Blues By You Sympathy cards with Adriana

Hello everyone, Adriana here, and today I have created some Sympathy cards with the new release BLUES BY YOU collection. The papers of this collection have some wondeful flowers elements but also some pretty pattern and images which would be great for any themes especially for masculine theme projects.

I decided to make some SYMPATHY  cards, created with the Sympathy die cut and stamp set and HELLO die cut and stamp set from the Blues By You collection. Also adding some die cut leaves which were cut with the vellum papers and fuzzy cut some vellum butterflies. I am so loving the colours in the Blues By You collection ,hope you like my cards. !

Instructions on cards 

Sympathy card

1. Cut and Mat Blues by you paper # 6 (12cm x 12cm) on to Midnight blue cardstock (12.5cm x 12.5 cm)
2. Cut Sympathy die cut in Midnight Hour cardstock and background with Kraft cardstock
3. Stamp word sentiment with Sympathy stamp, mat with Kraft and Midnight Hour cardstock
4. Tie seambinding ribbon, adhere centre bloom flower.
5. Cut leaves with Vellum paper, adhere on to the front of card
6. Cut butterflies from one of the sheets of vellum paper that has the butterflies on them

Friends – In Loving Memory card

1. Cut and Mat Blues by you paper # 6 (12cm x 12cm) on to Midnight blue cardstock (12.5cm x 12.5 cm)
2. Cut Midnight Hour paper 6.5 cm x 13.5 cm
3. Cut Kraft paper – 13.5cm x 5.5cm
4. Cut Blues by You paper # 3 13.4cm x 4cm
5. Matt all of these on to the front of card
6. Stamp word sentiment with Sympathy stamp, adhere with glue to the bottom of card
7. Cut leaves with Vellum paper and kraft card stock, adhere centre bloom flower place under framed ephemera diecuts.

Hello card

1. Cut Blues by you paper # 7 (11.5cm x 16cm) on to 5×7 in kraft card
2. Cut the windows out of the Ephemera piece and adhere to the front of card
3. Cut work HELLO with Pink and White glitter card stock
4. Stamp sentiment with Black out line ink pad
5. Secure all ephemera and dies with adhesive foam tape on front of card
6. Cut Vellum butterfly from Vellum paper
